Just a quick word to say many thanks for the prompt and professional service. When I bought the chair, I struggled to justify spending that much, with my original thought being I’d buy a “decent” chair from Staples for £100. I’m glad I didn’t. Not only is the chair excellent (when in one piece), but the service from yourselves has been head and shoulders above other places – not just in the office furniture field but anywhere else I’ve had service from in the last 5 years!

Prompt and polite service from the office, coupled with a great chap who did the chair repair in a very professional manner – well done. A Gold medal to you all.
